From your cpanel, you can backup your site using this:
Click on backup, pick complete backup and use the information below:
* Remote Server (FTP/SCP only): (Your server name or IP address) * Remote User (FTP/SCP only): (Your Account Username) * Remote Password (FTP/SCP only): (Your Account Password) * Port (FTP/SCP only): 21 (Port number for secure SFTP transfer) * Remote Dir (FTP/SCP only): (Directory in which you want to store the transferred file)
